🚿 The Hot Water Secret

A little villa quirk! In the showers (ground floor & pool), the mixer works in reverse. Turn the handle opposite to the "Hot" sign. Hot water will flow within seconds.

❄️ Air Conditioning

For optimal cooling, please keep all glass doors closed. To activate the AC, insert the key found in the box near the toilet and turn it.

💡 Lighting

Outdoor lights are automatic (dusk/dawn). For the veranda: first switch on the "Kitchen" switch (near the alarm), then the one below the key box.

Serenity & Neighbors

This villa is a sanctuary of peace. Parties and events are strictly forbidden (total deposit retention applies if violated). Please maintain a gentle sound level to respect the neighborhood's tranquility.

Saltwater Pool

To keep the water crystal clear and algae-free, rinsing is mandatory before entering the pool.

Waste Management

Should you have excess waste, please place it outside for collection.
